Gift card valid for 3 months. Strictly no cancellation/changes of game date and time slot, and strictly no refund upon purchase or upon booking of game rooms once gift card is redeemed. If the costs of the game tickets(eg $50) exceed the gift card value(eg $48), please make the balance(eg $2) payment at the store. If the costs of the game gift card value(eg $48) exceeds the game tickets(eg $46), there will be no refund of the unused portion.

Redemption In Store
Print the gift card and bring the page into any Trapped Escape Room in Singapore. Give the page to the cashier at the time of payment.
