'This eVoucher is applicable for Transport booking in Singapore only. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of the eVoucher must be paid in full using cashless payment modes. Applicable for all fleet types except GrabHitch and GrabCoach. This eVoucher does not apply to surcharges and platform fees, and cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts. This eVoucher must be fully utilized and any unutilized amount will be forfeited. This eVoucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and only valid until the date of expiry. Valid on the latest Grab app version only.'

Redemption on Online
• Step 1: Click on the Activation URL, make sure you have installed Grab app and logged in. • Step 2: Click ‘Pick Your Gift’, then proceed with saving the voucher to your My Rewards page. • Step 3: Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown you prefer (if applicable). • Step 4: The voucher has been redeemed. Click ‘View My Rewards’. • Step 5: Go through the booking steps and click "Offer" to use your voucher.
